Everything is made to order in small batches. These terms explain how ordering works, what is agreed when, and what to expect on the day.

This website and all orders placed through it are operated by DECIPASTRY (Business Registration 41686990-000), Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. By sending an order request you agree to these terms.
A request is not yet a confirmed order.
What you build on this website is an order request. Sending it does not create a contract. We will reply on WhatsApp to confirm whether we can make it on your date, the final total including any delivery fee, and how to pay. Your order exists only once we have confirmed it.
We may decline a request — most often because the date is full or an ingredient is unavailable. If so we will say so and, where we can, suggest an alternative date.
At least 3 days ahead. No same-day orders.
Every item is made fresh to order, so requests must be sent at least 3 days before your collection or delivery date. Busy periods and public holidays fill up earlier, so please order sooner where you can.
Prices are estimates until we confirm.
Prices shown on this website are in Hong Kong dollars and are a guide. The total shown while building a request is an estimate; the binding figure is the one we confirm on WhatsApp, which includes any delivery fee. Delivery fees listed on our About page are indicative and confirmed per order, less any delivery credit you qualify for.
Payment is due in full once we confirm your order, and payment details are provided at that point over WhatsApp. No payment is taken on this website — there is no checkout and no card form here.
Talk to us as early as you can.
Because everything is made to order, ingredients are often bought and preparation started well before your date. If you need to change or cancel, message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible and we will handle it case by case. The closer to your date, the less likely we can accommodate a change or offer a refund.
By appointment only — no walk-ins.
DECI PASTRY is a pre-order studio, not a shop counter. We cannot serve visitors who arrive without a confirmed order, and there is nothing available to buy on the spot. Please do not come to the studio unless we have confirmed an order and a collection time with you.
Collection is from our Kwun Tong studio between 11:00 and 20:00, seven days a week, at the time agreed with you. If you are running late, please message us.

- Deliveries are arranged through Lalamove and are subject to their availability and terms.
- Delivery fees depend on your district and are listed on our About page; they remain a guide until we confirm your order. Any delivery credit under Offers below is applied to that fee.
- Drivers do not deliver to your door. Please come down to street level to collect at the agreed time.
- If nobody is there to receive the order, we cannot guarantee its condition, and any redelivery is at your cost.
- Lalamove applies surcharges in extreme weather, including typhoon signal no. 8 or above and black rainstorm warnings.
Message us and we’ll sort it out.
Typhoon signal no. 8 or above, or a black rainstorm warning, may make collection or delivery unsafe or impossible. If that affects your date, message us on WhatsApp and we will work out an arrangement with you case by case.
Buy 10 parfait cups, get 1 free.
- For every 10 parfait cups in one order, a further cup is free. Whole cakes do not count toward this.
- Orders of 4 or more parfait cups include a free insulated bag. On whole cakes an insulated bag can be added for HK$15 each.
- Orders with an estimated total of HK$1,000 or more receive HK$80 off the delivery fee. The credit applies to delivery only, is capped at the actual fee for your district, and is not exchangeable for cash or a discount on the order.
- Offers apply per confirmed order and may be varied or withdrawn at any time.
Please read the allergen notice before ordering.
All items are made in one small kitchen that handles dairy, eggs, gluten, nuts and soy. Cross-contact is possible in every product and we cannot guarantee any item is free from a given allergen. Our products are not suitable for guests with severe food allergies. Full details are on our allergen page, and each product page lists its own allergens.
Keep refrigerated at 0–4°C and enjoy within 2 days of collection. Once the product has left us, its condition and safety depend on how it is stored and transported, which is outside our control.
Handmade, so never quite identical.
Photographs are illustrative. Everything is decorated by hand and made with fruit and other natural ingredients, so colour, finish and decoration vary between cakes, and seasonal fruit may be substituted where necessary. Plaque messages are limited to 16 Chinese characters or roughly 35 English letters.

All content on this website — product photography, recipes, flavour descriptions, wording and the DECI PASTRY name and logo — belongs to DECIPASTRY and is protected by copyright. You are welcome to share links to this site. Please do not reproduce our photographs or copy for commercial use without our written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here on the date you send your request.
