This website and all orders placed through it are operated by DECIPASTRY (Business Registration 41686990-000), Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. By sending an order request you agree to these terms.本網站及經此網站提交的所有訂單，均由 DECIPASTRY（商業登記號碼 41686990-000，香港觀塘）營運。當你傳送訂購要求，即表示同意以下條款。
A request is not yet a confirmed order.訂購要求並不等於已確認訂單。
What you build on this website is an order request. Sending it does not create a contract. We will reply on WhatsApp to confirm whether we can make it on your date, the final total including any delivery fee, and how to pay. Your order exists only once we have confirmed it.你在本網站建立的是訂購要求，傳送後並不構成合約。我們會於 WhatsApp 回覆，確認能否於指定日期製作、包含運費的最終合計，以及付款方式。只有經我們確認後，訂單方告成立。
We may decline a request — most often because the date is full or an ingredient is unavailable. If so we will say so and, where we can, suggest an alternative date.我們有權不接受個別訂購要求，最常見原因是當日已滿或材料短缺。如遇此情況，我們會告知你，並在可行時建議其他日期。
At least 3 days ahead. No same-day orders.請至少提前 3 天預訂，恕不接受即日訂單。
Every item is made fresh to order, so requests must be sent at least 3 days before your collection or delivery date. Busy periods and public holidays fill up earlier, so please order sooner where you can.所有產品均為新鮮接單製作，故訂購要求須於取貨或送貨日期最少 3 天前提交。旺季及公眾假期額滿較快，建議及早訂購。
Prices are estimates until we confirm.價格於確認前僅供參考。
Prices shown on this website are in Hong Kong dollars and are a guide. The total shown while building a request is an estimate; the binding figure is the one we confirm on WhatsApp, which includes any delivery fee. Delivery fees listed on our About page are indicative and confirmed per order.本網站顯示的價格以港元計算，僅供參考。建立訂購要求時顯示的金額為預計金額；具約束力的金額為我們於 WhatsApp 確認的最終合計（已包括運費）。關於我們頁面所列運費僅供參考，實際運費按每張訂單確認。
Payment is due in full once we confirm your order, and payment details are provided at that point over WhatsApp. No payment is taken on this website — there is no checkout and no card form here.訂單經確認後須全數付款，付款詳情屆時會於 WhatsApp 提供。本網站不會收取任何款項——此處並無結帳系統或信用卡表格。

Because everything is made to order, ingredients are often bought and preparation started well before your date. If you need to change or cancel, message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible and we will handle it case by case. DECI PASTRY is a pre-order studio, not a shop counter. We cannot serve visitors who arrive without a confirmed order, and there is nothing available to buy on the spot. Please do not come to the studio unless we have confirmed an order and a collection time with you.DECI PASTRY 為預訂制工作室，並非門市。我們無法招待未有確認訂單而到訪的客人，現場亦沒有任何現貨發售。除非我們已與你確認訂單及取貨時間，否則請勿前來工作室。
Collection is from our Kwun Tong studio between 11:00 and 20:00, seven days a week, at the time agreed with you. If you are running late, please message us.自取地點為觀塘工作室，時間為每日 11:00 至 20:00（一星期七天），並須按已與你約定的時間前來。如未能準時到達，請以訊息通知我們。

- Deliveries are arranged through Lalamove and are subject to their availability and terms.送貨經 Lalamove 安排，須視乎其服務供應情況及條款。
- Drivers do not deliver to your door. Please come down to street level to collect at the agreed time.司機不會送貨上門，請於約定時間到地面取貨。
- If nobody is there to receive the order, we cannot guarantee its condition, and any redelivery is at your cost.如無人接收，我們無法保證產品狀況，任何重新派送費用需由你承擔。
- Lalamove applies surcharges in extreme weather, including typhoon signal no. 8 or above and black rainstorm warnings.於極端天氣（包括八號或以上熱帶氣旋警告及黑色暴雨警告）期間，Lalamove 會額外收費。

Typhoon signal no. 8 or above, or a black rainstorm warning, may make collection or delivery unsafe or impossible. Buy 10 parfait cups, get 1 free.Parfait 10 杯送 1 杯。
- For every 10 parfait cups in one order, a further cup is free. Whole cakes do not count toward this.同一張訂單內每購買 10 杯 Parfait，即免費多送 1 杯。原個蛋糕不計算在內。

All items are made in one small kitchen that handles dairy, eggs, gluten, nuts and soy. Cross-contact is possible in every product and we cannot guarantee any item is free from a given allergen. Our products are not suitable for guests with severe food allergies. Keep refrigerated at 0–4°C and enjoy within 2 days of collection. Once the product has left us, its condition and safety depend on how it is stored and transported, which is outside our control.請冷藏於 0–4°C，並於取貨後 2 天內享用。產品離開我們之後，其狀態及食用安全取決於存放及運送方式，我們無法控制。

Photographs are illustrative. Everything is decorated by hand and made with fruit and other natural ingredients, so colour, finish and decoration vary between cakes, and seasonal fruit may be substituted where necessary. Plaque messages are limited to 16 Chinese characters or roughly 35 English letters.相片僅供參考。所有產品均以人手裝飾，並使用水果等天然食材，故顏色、外觀及裝飾會因應個別蛋糕而有所不同；如有需要，時令水果或會作出替換。朱古力牌祝福語以中文 16 字或英文約 35 個字母為限。
