How far in advance do I need to order?
At least 3 days before your collection or delivery date. Same-day orders are not accepted.
Can I come to the studio and buy a cake?
No. DECI PASTRY is pre-order only and there are no walk-in purchases. Everything is made to order in small batches, so no stock is held for sale on the spot. The Kwun Tong studio is for collecting orders already confirmed on WhatsApp, at the time agreed with you.
How do I place an order?
Build an order request on this website with your products, collection or delivery details and preferred date, then send it to us on WhatsApp (+852 6027 7211) or Instagram. Your order is confirmed only once we reply with availability, the final total and payment details.
How do I pay?
By AlipayHK, FPS, PayMe or bank transfer. Payment is due in full once we confirm your order, and we send the payment details on WhatsApp at that point. No payment is taken on this website — there is no checkout and no card form here.
Do you deliver?
Yes, by Lalamove van from our Kwun Tong studio. Fees run from HK$70 for East Kowloon to HK$200 for Hong Kong Island south and the airport, and the full table by district is on our About page. We confirm the final fee with you on WhatsApp before your order is confirmed. Lalamove drivers do not deliver to your door — please come down to street level to collect.
Where and when do I collect my order?
From our studio at Flat C2, 4/F, Yip Win Factory Building, 10 Tsun Yip Lane, Kwun Tong, near APM. Collection is 11:00–20:00, seven days a week, by appointment and for confirmed orders only.
What sizes are the whole cakes, and how many people do they serve?
Three sizes: 4″ at HK$380 serves 2–3, 5″ at HK$420 serves 3–5, and 6″ at HK$480 serves 4–6.
Can I order just one parfait cup?
Parfait cups are ordered through our Mix & Match set, where you choose any combination of the eight flavours and the quantity of each. Cups are 110 ml at HK$38. A spoon comes with every cup, 4 or more include a free insulated bag, and if you buy 10 you get 1 free.
Can I request a custom flavour or design?
Flavours and designs are as shown on the product pages. The one thing we personalise is the handwritten chocolate plaque, which comes free with every whole cake — up to 16 Chinese characters or roughly 35 English letters.
Do you cater for food allergies?
We cannot. Everything is made in one small kitchen that handles dairy, eggs, gluten, nuts and soy, so cross-contact is possible in every product and we cannot guarantee any item is free from a given allergen. Our products are not suitable for guests with severe food allergies. Our crumble contains almond flour, and our chocolate contains soy lecithin. Each product page lists that product's own allergens — please ask us on WhatsApp before ordering if you have any doubt.
How should I store my cake or parfait?
Keep refrigerated at 0–4°C and enjoy within 2 days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible and we will handle it case by case. Because everything is made to order, we often buy ingredients and start preparation well before your date, so the closer to your date, the less likely we can accommodate a change or offer a refund.
